We are pleased to announce that from April 12th we are operating as normal. Our opening times are Monday to Saturday: 09:00 - 17:30
We confirm we have complied with the Government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19.
During the last few weeks of lockdown we have been working hard to create a safe environment for our customers and staff:
The shop has had a deep clean and we have hand sanitisers in place, gloves and masks will be available if requested.
We have invested in the latest LED Ultra Violet cleansing technology where a special machine will cleanse any items of jewellery or watches before or after trying them on and all jewellery and watches taken in for repair.
Entry into our shop will be strictly controlled, allowing in only two customers at a time and a member of staff will guide you to the appropriate place making sure the two metre social distancing rule is observed.
An appointment system is beneficial for you and us so please contact us if you wish to do so. You will of course still be able to shop without an appointment.
Our insurers and the police have requested that we may need to see the full face of any visitors before entering the shop, by temporarily removing their mask for a few seconds prior to entry, you can of course replace your mask if you so wish.
Included in our new regime we will ask staff not to attend work if they are unwell or have any suspected Covid-19 symptoms and we will carry out regular hand washing breaks and regularly clean any high contact areas
For over 50 years we have been able to deliver a customer service that is second to none and are confident that we can continue this for many years to come
