Do I need to book a consultation?
You can book an appointment via our Contact page, which is helpful to ensure a member of our design team is available in the shop, though walk-ins are also welcome. Our knowledgeable staff can guide you through our engagement ring collection or help design a bespoke engagement ring that’s truly unique.
Can you help if I don’t know what to choose?
Absolutely! Our experienced team is here to guide you towards the perfect ring, offering expert advice on every detail - from diamond cut, colour, and clarity to whether a particular gemstone is best suited for everyday wear.

BESPOKE DESIGN

Our In-house design service and on-site jewellery workshop allows us to offer bespoke jewellery to your specifications, turning your ideas into reality.   Our designer will take care of every aspect of the process from initial sketches to the manufacture of the the finished piece in our in-house workshop

How does bespoke jewellery work?
We collaborate with you from the first concept through to the final piece. Including design sketches or CAD renders, gemstone selection, and final handcrafting by our expert goldsmiths.
Can I use my own stones or jewellery?
Yes. We can incorporate your existing diamonds, gemstones, and metals into a new design, giving new life to sentimental jewellery.

JEWELLERY REPAIRS

We have a fully equipped on-site workshop with two Goldsmiths who are able to undertake all Jewellery repairs, from basic cleaning and re-finishing to alterations and restorations. ​Pop in store to find out more.

FAQs

What types of repairs do you offer?
We provide a full range of jewellery repairs in our in-house workshop. Some examples of the repairs we carry our include ring re-sizing, diamond and gemstone replacement, chain repairs, re-tipping of claws, polishing and re-rhodium plating.
How long does a repair usually take?
Repair times are assessed individually for each piece, however, most minor repairs are typically completed within 5–7 days.

VALUATIONS

We undertake valuations for insurance and probate as well as other purposes, our specialists will be able to advise on your needs and our fees are charged on a per item basis. We can also carry out a post loss assessment in the unfortunate event that an item is lost or stolen.​

What kinds of valuations do you offer?
We provide detailed jewellery valuations for insurance, probate, and resale purposes. Each valuation includes a detailed written description, diamond and gemstone grading, and high-quality photographs for your records - all beautifully presented in a keepsake folder.
Do I need to leave my jewellery with you?
Yes, our valuer needs time to inspect, grade, and photograph your jewellery to ensure an accurate valuation. Your items will be kept securely while in our care.

RE-STRINGING

Our resident stringer can re-string any pearls, simulated or cultured, as well as a variety of beads. We can also create a bespoke piece to match an outfit, or re-design something old into something new. ​Stringing is estimated on a case by case basis. How often should pearls be re-strung?
Pearls should typically be restrung every 1 - 3 years, depending on wear. If worn daily, annual re-stringing is recommended to prevent breakage and maintain their beauty. For occasional wear, every few years is sufficient.
Can you create bespoke beads and pearls?
Yes, our in-house stringer can create bespoke bead and pearl necklaces and bracelets to your specification.

GEM-SOURCING

Any Diamond or Gemstone can be sourced to your specification, using our network of suppliers. Our specialists will guide you through the various options available, all types of gemstones no matter how unusual can be sourced or even specially cut.

Can you find a specific stone for me?
Yes. We can source almost any gemstone, including diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and rare or unusual stones, from trusted suppliers worldwide.
Do you offer ethically sourced gems?
Yes, all our gemstones are ethically sourced and conflict-free. We only work with suppliers who meet our strict ethical and environmental standards.

WATCHES

We are stockists of Citizen watches. However, we also handle servicing and repairs to limited number of watch brands. From replacement battery or glass fittings to servicing, restoration and re-sealing.​ Watch repairs are estimated on a case by case basis. Please pop in store for more information.

Do you replace batteries and service watches?
Yes, we can replace most watch batteries, from standard quartz models to high-end luxury timepieces. We can also arrange full servicing and cleaning to keep your watch running perfectly.
Can I get a new strap or bracelet?
Yes. We carry a selection of leather, vegan friendly and metal straps in-store, and can order more specialist straps from our suppliers. We also offer watch bracelet resizing and adjustments.
