DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery to the United Kingdom is complimentary on all orders placed online.
At Woods Jewellers, we understand the importance of receiving your jewellery safely and securely. All our deliveries are made by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, Track & Trace Service before 1:00 PM and must be to your UK billing address. All orders require a signature upon delivery, and you may be asked to provide photographic identification. Once despatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
SECTION 1 - DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders placed on our website Monday – Friday are despatched the same working day if placed by 1 PM. You can expect to receive your order the following day. Made-to-order or bespoke items may take up to 6 weeks, and rings which require resizing, please allow an extra 7 days for shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or peak periods. If you place an order on a Bank holiday, please allow additional delivery time.
SECTION 2 - RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY
Your order remains our responsibility until it has been delivered to the address provided. Once delivery has been confirmed, responsibility for the item passes to you.
SECTION 3 - FAILED DELIVERY
If you are unable to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card, allowing you to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery details are correct and that someone is available to receive the item.
SECTION 4 - LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
SECTION 5 - COLLECTION FROM SHOWROOM
When you collect your order from our showroom, you will need to bring a printout of your order confirmation and photographic proof of your identity. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
