RETURNS POLICY

At Woods Jewellers, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We understand that fine jewellery is a considered investment, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent returns process.

SECTION 1 - YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (ONLINE ORDERS)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

SECTION 3 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:

  • Bespoke or made-to-order pieces
  • Engraved or personalised items
  • Resized rings or altered jewellery

SECTION 4 - RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at danielle@woodsjewellers.co.uk. You are responsible for returning the item safely. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

SECTION 6 - FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

SECTION 7 - EXCHANGES AND RESIZING

We may offer exchanges or resizing services at our discretion. Additional charges may apply.

SECTION 8 - HIGH-VALUE RETURNS

For high-value items, additional verification or secure return arrangements may be required.
