Yes, we can source diamonds and gemstones, matching them as closely as possible to your original stone in cut, size, colour and clarity.
How long does stone replacement or securing take?
Each piece is assessed individually, and our on-site gemmologist will advise on the timeframe once she has carefully examined it.

POLISHING AND RE-PLATING

Bring back the brilliance. We gently polish away scratches and restore shine. For white gold and other plated jewellery, we also offer rhodium or gold replating to refresh its original luster.

How long does jewellery rhodium re-plating take?
Rhodium plating is performed in our on-site workshop and is typically ready for collection on Saturdays when items are brought in by Wednesday. Please note that turnaround times may vary during busy periods, such as holidays.
